Shipping:
We offer 4 shipping options:
Canada Post: Suitable for smaller orders that are not expediated.
UPS: Suitable for small to medium orders and rush orders. For single order you can chose the 'quote freight option' and ask for a Canada Post rate.
Store Pick Up/Courier Pickup: Please chose this option if you would like to pick up from our location in Abbotsford or if you would like to arrange shipping with a courier of your choice. We will call or e-mail you to confirm that the order is ready for pick up.
Shipping Quote/Best Rate: Please chose this option to get our best shipping rates (typically 20-30% lower than UPS) or for large orders to be shipped freight. We will contact you to confirm shipping details and provide a freight quote before any order is confirmed or billed.
Weight:
All weights quoted on the site are based the higher of either dimensional weight or actual weight as that is what we are charged by our shipping suppliers. Items that are bulky and light will be listed with heavy weights on our website. We use a calculation of WxLxH (in inches)/166=lbs to arrive at our standard dimensional weights. This can result in high shipping costs to Eastern Canada for large orders. If you are unhappy about a shipping quote from our UPS calculator we recomend selecting our Shipping Quote option as it we can often bring the costs down significantly.
Returns:
We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. All return requests must be received within 7 days after arrival of the shipment. If the return is approved, a return authorization number will be given to you. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. All printed goods are non refundable.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Risk of Loss/Shipping Damage
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier or upon you picking up goods from our warehouse.
All merchandise is carefully packed before shipping. Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by the commercial carrier on acceptance for shipment. Our responsibility ends when the goods leave our premises. Therefore, any claims for loss or damage to the goods must be made directly with the carrier. Always state in writing evident damage on the waybill signed on receipt of goods. In the case of concealed damage, please be aware that most carriers will not accept damage claims if the original packaging is not available for inspection. We are not responsible for delays or damage in transit or for any delay in delivery due to strikes, lockouts or any other causes beyond our control.
